Due to the interest in our agile way of working, which is characterized by the blending of state-of-the-art digital tools and hands-on prototyping, we have been offering our customers a workshop format for creative product development since 2022.

Our workshop format on creative product development is aimed at product managers, engineers, developers and people involved in product development who want to learn new ways of agile product development. Led by us designers, we offer hands-on experience to enhance your skills and knowledge with creative development approaches and tools.

You will gain insights into digital and physical working methods, prototyping and the use of VR tools. Through active prototyping, you will learn how to evaluate and implement your ideas quickly and effectively. The workshop format is designed to help participants with different levels of experience to discover new approaches and technologies and to stimulate their creativity in a variety of ways - because creativity is no coincidence. 

Our workshop is suitable for participants from all areas of development and management. We make sure that the format is a valuable experience for everyone and that the know-how learned can be applied directly in everyday life.

Managing resources is a major challenge for start-ups. The development of physical products in particular quickly leads to unforeseen costs and long development times due to their complexity.

With our Lean Startup Workshop, we have developed a format that is aimed at founders, teams and investors of startups with physical products. Using practical examples, we take a look at numerous challenges in the areas of design, user testing, construction, supply chain management, risk management and resource management. Cost-efficient prototyping starts in theory and ends hands-on with welding and milling.

Our aim is to provide hardware start-ups with security for the start of development. Decisions such as the choice of the right software (CAD, project management), the basic tools for in-house development, investments in prototypes and the choice of external partner companies form the cornerstone on the way to a successful product.

The workshop is adapted to the individual needs of each project and lasts between two and four days. At least one day takes place at VINTER Design in Berlin.
