FAQs

Do you have any questions?

If you require further information in advance, you can reach us at office@vinter.design or by telephone. We look forward to getting to know you.

  • The first step on the way to a project is getting to know each other. Once we have learned more about your project and you can imagine working with us on the project, a detailed briefing discussion follows - depending on the scope of the project and the starting point. In this meeting, we get to know your requirements, goals and expectations for the project in more detail and can then present you with a detailed, non-binding offer with a project plan and milestones.

If you like our offer, we can plan the kick-off meeting and look forward to creating something new together with you.

  • We prepare the quotation after a thorough analysis of your project requirements. We take into account the scope of the work, the resources required and the complexity of your project. Our quotation is designed to be transparent and fair in order to offer you maximum transparency.

  • Yes, we are happy to take on project management for you if required. We ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget and coordinate the teams and resources involved, depending on the scope.

  • Our manufactory gives us the opportunity to develop prototypes in-house and test materials. Designs, ideas or concepts are brought to life here, which is an essential part of our creative process. With our manufactory, we not only save resources and time, but also have more freedom to develop innovative and high-quality design solutions - because trial and error is always possible at any time.

But even if things really have to be done quickly, for example for important trade fair dates, the in-house manufacture offers us the security of being able to make binding statements, as there are very few dependencies on companies and manufacturers.

  • Our price models vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. In some cases, we can already provide a price estimate as part of a non-binding introductory meeting; for more complex projects, we can only provide reliable and serious information on the basis of our calculation.

Our offers are divided into different phases, which are defined by milestones (e.g. presentations, models or prototypes). The phases can then be invoiced individually, for example. The calculation is based on daily rates, the budget for prototype construction and any transportation and travel costs incurred.

We will submit a proposal for the terms of payment as part of the offer.

For larger projects, payment is usually made in accordance with the project phases and for smaller projects usually upon completion of the project. Down payments and advance payments may be necessary if, for example, VINTER Design has to order large quantities of materials.

  • The duration of a project can vary depending on its scope, complexity and requirements. However, we always strive to complete projects on time and keep you regularly updated on your project progress. Project durations can range from a few weeks to several months.

Once we know more about your project, we can provide you with information on the possible project duration.

  • The word creative agency is open to a wide range of interpretations. Therefore, we can only give the interpretation of the word for VINTER Design here. We have chosen the term creative agency because of the diversity of our projects. Founded as a design office with in-house prototype construction, we have developed into a service provider that is happy to take on any challenge involving the development of products or objects.
